How do I place an order?

1. Select a category to explore abd then the product.
2. Add the item to Cart .You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart.
3. When you are ready to check out, Click on “Proceed to checkout”
4. Enter your details and address and click “Complete Order”.


What payment methods does Flooric accept? 

Flooric accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal payements. 


Which countries does Flooric ship to?

Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and countries within the European Union

How long does it take to process my refund?
