Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and countries within the European Union. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation.
Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers; DHL, Fedex and Startrack Express.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.
You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event you need change the pickup time you will need to liaise directly with flooric's preferred courier.

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Duties and taxes are included in your order and you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier. Any applicable duties and taxes are specified in the checkout.
